Privacy Policy
Martin Septic ("we," "us") operates martinseptic.co. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site or contact us, and how we use it.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you call, email, or text us, we receive whatever you share: your name, phone number, email address, service address, and details about your septic system or the problem you are having. We use it to quote, schedule, and perform the work, and to follow up about that work.
Information collected automatically. The site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies and collects standard usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. This data is aggregated and does not identify you by name. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
Embedded maps. Pages with a Google Map load content from Google, which may set its own cookies. Google's use of that data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the septic service you request.
- To keep records of work performed at your property, including for permit and county inspection purposes where required by Florida law.
- To send invoices, receipts, and service reminders you have asked for.
- To understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not send marketing text messages or emails unless you have asked for them. We share information only with people who need it to do the job: for example, a county health department when a permit requires it, or a payment processor when you pay by card.
Retention
We keep service records for as long as needed for warranty, tax, and regulatory purposes. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' default settings.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Call (352) 298-9384 or email martin.septic@outlook.com.
Children
The site is intended for adults arranging septic service. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
