Greg answers the phone, quotes the job, runs the truck, and is the one standing over the open tank telling you what he found. Martin Septic serves Lake, Sumter, and Marion County: same family, same phone number, same rule: say what it costs, do what we said, and leave the yard the way we found it.
What we refuse to do
- No invented problems. If it needs pumping and nothing else, that’s the report you get.
- No surprise pricing. The number comes before the work, on the phone when possible, in writing when it’s a repair.
- No no-shows. If the schedule slips, you hear it from us first, with a new time you can hold us to.
- No upsell scripts. Nobody on our truck earns commission for finding your tank a new problem.
